Marie Crawley, based in Fermanagh, established the consultancy in 2000 to offer high quality support and training to a range of bodies in the community, voluntary and public sectors throughout Ireland.  Marie has an MA in community development and in recent years has travelled extensively in Australasia and South America during which time she developed links with a variety of NGO’s and government departments committed to change.  Experience and knowledge from those links and situations inform her current work along with fifteen years experience employed in the community and voluntary sector in Ireland.

Louise O'Meara, based in Belfast, has many years management and training experience in the voluntary and statutory sectors, primarily within rural contexts.  Her work includes the design and delivery of training courses; a wide range of strategic and planning exercises; and a variety of project evaluations.

Mary Daly currently works as Development Officer with the Workers Educational Association Women's Education Programme. She has worked in the field of homelessness (including work with Travellers, young women offenders, and young homeless people) and has been involved in community work with and for women for many years in both a paid and voluntary capacity.

Kathleen Fahy
has been active in the community and voluntary sector for the past fifteen years. Kathleen has edited a number of strategy guides and case studies for community development work. She specialises in policy work in the Republic of Ireland with particular expertise in the policy and practice of Rural Proofing.
