The purpose of this initial conversation is to enable us to develop a clear understanding of your needs, the outcomes you hope to achieve from the consultancy work and whether we are in a position to deliver on those outcomes.

Depending on the nature and extent of the work, we will draw up a proposal of how the work would be carried out, outlining methodology, time scale and costings.  Obviously, there is no obligation on your part up to this point.
